Signed from any device, evidenced on every page.
Whereas a contract is only as strong as the proof of who signed it, Yesnsheall records each signature with time, device and identity checks, and attaches that record to the signed copy.
Place fields, set the order, press send.
Drop signature, initial, date and text fields onto the document, choose who signs in what order, and send. Signers get a secure link and reminders until the contract is complete.
- 1.1Signing order. Sequential, parallel, or a mix, with CC recipients for finance or legal.
- 1.2Reminders. Automatic nudges every few days, and an expiry date if you want one.
- 1.3Bulk send. Send the same offer letter or policy to many signers at once.
An audit trail that answers "who signed this?"
Every view, verification and signature is logged with a timestamp, device, browser and IP address. The audit certificate travels with the signed PDF, and the document is sealed so later changes are detectable.
- 2.1Identity checks. Email verification and one-time codes for each signer.
- 2.2Tamper evident. The signed PDF is sealed so any later change is detectable.
- 2.3Signed copies. Every party receives the final copy and the certificate by email.
Margin note: some documents cannot be signed electronically under Indian law. We flag these when you send them.

Not a law firm
Yesnsheall is a contract tool. AI review is not legal advice, and important contracts should be checked by a qualified lawyer.
Evidence on every signature
Every signature is recorded with time, device and identity checks in an audit trail.
Private by default
Contracts are encrypted, access is limited to people you choose, and they are never used to train AI for other customers.
Export or delete
You can export or delete your contracts, audit trails and extracted data at any time.
